Is it Rumor or Fact?

On Wikipedia (I know its not a reliable source) i saw Kaye Sullivan added to the list of characters. Apparently she is going to be a new character for season Six. but, Angell was killed off because the the show didn't have a big enough budget to keep her on it. So, can someone tell me what the deal is? Is she going to be a new character, or is it just some stupid rumor? Do you find this valuable?

Well from what I know..........
There is going to be a new character (female) in season 6.
And then people were saying well what about money?
But some suggested that to get an unknown actress in that had never broken through would probably cost as much as getting a bigger actress (Emmanuelle) in for only part time.
But I don't know wether any of that is true or not. Do you find this valuable?
