When someone murders another person I like to hear/see how they have been killed and look for anything that might make the death fake.I've noticed before, and not just on csi:N.Y. on other murderious

I have seen many "dead" people breath, move, blinck their eyes and even smile. Í´m sure it´s hard to not move or hold the breath but can´t they try to?
