In the beginning, Mac and Peyton had a normal relationship that was well sheltered on Mac's behalf. It soon got rocky as Mac wanted to keep business and pleasure a separate affair. However, a deaf woman made Mac realize how hard he should try to hold on to Peyton and do anything to be with her. Since then their relationship has grown to, however speculation and rumours have sprung up to say that their relationship ended in London where they spent their vacation together.

In season 4, we see Mac arriving in New York from London with a big kiss mark on his cheek. A flight attendant notices it and let's Mac know it's still there as he smiles.

Peyton recently sent a letter to Mac saying that they would work out for a while but her place in the world remained in London and that this would be where they would have to end their short-term relationship.

I liked them, they were happy together and thats all they needed to be a good couple in my eyes, she made him happy for a while, it was nice to see him smile for a change. I still think that he would be better off with stella but peyton did let him have a good time and helped him smile for a while.

I didn't really like Peyton.
Well, as an M.E. sure, I liked the episodes with her and Sid, but not as Mac's girlfriend.

I never liked Peyton she was obnioxous i felt that she was trying to take Mac away from Stella
