Haylen is a forensic school graduate who works as a crime scene clean up technician and has aspirations of being a CSI. She is two years out of graduate school with a degree in forensic science.

Work style:

Haylen takes risks, is eager to learn, and asks a lot of questions. Her textbook knowledge eliminates any impression that she's just a rookie.

What drives Haylen?

This is her dream job and she has an unwavering and apparent desire to learn as much as possible. She has wanted this job ever since she was nine years old when her neighbor poisoned her cat.

Even though I don't really know much I don't like her! Even though writers said she wasn't Angell's replacement I know she is and she better go out with Adam and not Flack cause Flack belongs with Angell and that would b so messed up from the writers.

Perfect match for Adam? His character has developed over the past couple of seasons. I believe he needs linked romantically to Haylen. Also when her character first appeared she said she was studing to become a CSI. Do you thing they will develope her character further?
