Chapter 1 - It all started here.

Mac walked down the hall to apartment 103 where shots had been heard. A family had been shot execution style, Paul Richmont, 35 married to Alexa Richmont was a lawyer so there was a possible reason for the motive, everybody hates lawyers. Flack was walking down the hall with Jess a few moments later
".. So he actually tried to throw a beer bottle at you because you were checking out his sister?" He nodded grinning like an idiot.
"Yup said I should go check out someone who wasn't his sister and she got mad, I just said hey I have a girlfriend I was just noticing the bruise she has on her chest."
Jess patted him on the back. "You're damn right you have a girlfriend. And if I find out you were checking her out I will kill you wait no my brothers will kill you especially Jason, he hates guys who just go from girl to girl. Come on lets get on with our jobs."
They walked into the room and there smiles faded as soon as they saw the bodies. Paul Richmont was laying in a pool of blood which seemed too small to be his own, then they look ed at his wife Alexa and saw she was carrying a toddler who was called Jamie.

Everyone's emotions had gone from sad to furious, a little girl had been killed as well as her family. Jess walked out the room and Flack followed her. "Jess what's up?" Flack put his arm around her shoulders and brought her close to him.
"It's just you know there was a toddler in there who would shoot a kid?" She hugged him tightly and let some tears fall. He kissed her hair and released her. "I'm fine lets just get the job done" He kissed her on the head again before walking back in
