Dreams turn into reality pt3
sorry this took so long to put up people kept erasing it so I had to start over about five times! Danny had no idea what to say cause if he told Lindsay’s parents that they had only one date they would kill him, so he finally said, “It was unbelievable” “That’s not a good enough answer” Lindsay couldn’t take it anymore, “dad we’ve only had one date” “How could you Lindsay?” her mom said, “Danny can I speak to in the other room and give the ladies time to talk, “No dad, don’t, Danny has nothing to do with this all he did was loose a bet to me and…” Lindsay’s dad cuts her off and said, “You don’t have to tell the rest of the story to me” “Thanks”.
3 weeks later Danny and Lindsay were on the plane getting ready to go back to New York, “Sorry I invited you here I knew that it was a bad idea but I thought that I would give it a shot because,” Danny cut her off, “Because you wanted me to meet your family” “Right” Lindsay said . They were really tired from the week and ended up falling asleep leaning against each other. When Danny and Lindsay got back in the big city they went to their new house they bought before they went to Montana and started to unpack some boxes. About five minutes after they got home Mac called and said that they didn’t get to settle in before they had to start working and that they had to come into work right away.
Danny and Lindsay walked into the crime Lab and Stella came up to them and said, “I’m glad you two are back cause when you were gone everything got backed up and we didn’t catch one guy since you left and now since your back we can get back on track and catch those son of a B****S” Lindsay laughed and then Stella added, “Oh Lindsay how’s the baby?” Lindsay mumbled, “Shut up before somebody hears you” Danny and Stella laughed, then Mac came up to them, “Danny and Lindsay you’ve got a homicide across the street and Stella, you and I have a robbery gone wrong and we have to figure out if it was foul play or not so let’s go”.
When Danny and Lindsay got across the street Lindsay started working right away while Danny just stood outside and babbled about how stupid it is to kill someone across the street from the crime lab. Lindsay noticed that the victim had many cuts on her body but there was no blood anywhere visible so Lindsay got out her UV light and orange glasses. There was no blood at all but there was something written on the wall and Lindsay got her camera and put the UV flash on and orange sheet over the lens and took photos of the note written. When she was done she went over to Danny who was still babbling about how dumb it is to kill someone across the street and Lindsay asked, “Are you ready to get to work?” Danny didn’t noticed that Lindsay had been working for a while and had looked at over half of the crime scene and he has done nothing, “Oh sorry Lindsay I just got caught up with what I was saying” “Well you better not do that when the baby comes” “I won’t, so what do you want me to do?” Lindsay laughed, “Look over the body”.
Danny went over to the body and noticed that there was something underneath it and yelled at Lindsay to come over. Lindsay said, “What’s the problem?” Danny pulled the pictures out from underneath the body and Lindsay asked again, “Danny what’s wrong?” Danny said nothing and just showed her the pictures and all she said was, “I’ve got to call Mac” When Mac arrived (which didn’t take very long since he was across the street) Lindsay said, “We Called because I found a letter on the wall and Danny found pictures of everyone underneath the body, so all we could think of is to call and tell you” Mac though for a second then said, “What did the letter say?” “I’m just about to go over and get the developed pictures” “Well go on over” then Lindsay left and went across the street. Then Mac turned to Danny and said, with some humor, “Does she know that she’s gaining weight?” Danny Laughed for a second then said, “She not gaining weight, Lindsay’s pregnant” “Really and why am I not surprised?” Mac said with a smile on his face, “How did you find out?” “Stella told me after you two left for Montana” Danny sighed, he didn’t even know that Lindsay had told Stella and hopefully Stella didn’t tell everyone else at work cause they had planned to tell everyone at the next meeting which is in two weeks. By the time Mac and Danny were done talking Lindsay was back with the pictures.
“Ok ready to see what this person wrote, well here it goes, hey Danny, Stella, how are you doing? You probably have had so many cases that you won’t remember me until this is all over. Well anyways I was involved with one of your cases last year and well even though you might have put me in jail the jury said I was innocent and I was set free. But the thing is that I shouldn’t have been set free cause I can’t take it any longer they let me go and they should of made me go to prison. Well I realized that I need something to live for and I need your help if I want to get what I need and I will call at 6:00 pm to give you more information. I just want you to help me. Please.” Lindsay paused, “That’s all it says” Danny thought for a second, “This person is right I can’t think of who he could be” “Danny why do you always think it’s a guy, this time it might be a girl” “Well even if it is a girl I still can’t think of who it is” “Well we still need to process the scene completely” Mac said, “Excuse me” Lindsay said while running outside Danny and Mac were listing to Lindsay and then they heard her starting to puke and about 3 minutes later Lindsay came back in, wiping her mouth with a damp paper towel.
Later that night Danny and Lindsay went home and they started unpacking more of their stuff when Lindsay stopped, “Danny what time is it?” Danny looked at the clock, “It’s 5:30, why?” “We need to get back to the crime lab” Lindsay said as she got up, put on her jacket and went to go and get in the car. Danny, who was totally confused, just followed without any questions. When they got to the crime lab Stella, Mac, Flack, Angell and Hawkes were waiting for the “person” to call. It was 5:45 everyone was silent, just waiting for the call. Lindsay thought that this was the only time they would get to tell their friends so she looked at Danny and said, “I know that this isn’t the best time to tell you that I’m going to have a baby” They all were silent for what seemed like forever then finally Angell said, “How far along are you?” Lindsay thought for a second, “About 4 months”. Then Stella’s phone finally started to ring and right away she answered the phone, “Hello?” “Hello Stella, I need you to help me” Stella remembered the voice, “Ava, Ava is that you?” “Yeah it’s me” “Ava want do you need my help with? I’ll do anything to help you except killing that I won’t do” “Stella all I need you to do is to tell Danny’s girlfriend to meet me at the adoption agency tomorrow at Nine, ok?” “Yeah Ava I’ll tell her” and with that Stella hung up and said, “Lindsay, Ava wants you to meet her at the adoption agency tomorrow at Nine o’clock in the morning” “Okay I’ll do it but who’s Ava?” Danny stepped in, “Ava Brandt, she was involved in one of our cases when you were in Montana, she was a really great shoplifter and she shoplifts so she can survive because when she came to New York all she had was the clothes on back.” “Why did she only have the clothes on her back?” “When Ava came to New York she had just left her husband because he used to beat the crap out of her, and now she’s about she’s about to crack” Lindsay thought for second, “Now this all makes sense, I’ll go but first I need to know where’s the adoption agency?” “It’s over past- oh never mind Danny will just take you, he knows where it is” “Thanks Stella, well we need to get home if we want to finish unpacking tonight”.
When Danny and Lindsay got home they started to unpack the last box. Lindsay went and picked up a movie and put it in the DVD player. “Lindsay what are you doing? Turn that thing off and come to bed” Danny moaned, “Danny when was the last time we had a fun night just to ourselves?” “I think it was the night I got you pregnant” Danny laughed, “That’s what I mean, come on let’s just have some fun tonight, please?” “Okay but we’re only staying up ‘till Midnight” Lindsay laughed, “Just get over here so I can start the movie!” Danny moaned, “Are really going to watch the movie?” Lindsay thought for a second, “Okay we will only watch the beginning of the movie”. Lindsay started the movie and when the movie was about half way done Danny looked down at Lindsay, She looked back at him, gave him a kiss, then got up and went to bed.
Lindsay awoke to the sound of her alarm clock. She got and went downstairs to make breakfast. To her surprise Danny was on his way to the bedroom with a tray full of food for Lindsay. Lindsay thankfully took the tray and went into the family room to have her breakfast and watch the morning news. When Lindsay was done she went and got her coat, “Danny c’mon or we’re going to be late” Danny came down the stairs and went outside to the car with Lindsay right beside him. On their way to the adoption agency Lindsay asked, “Danny have you ever been scared for your life? Because for some reason that’s how I feel right now even though there’s nothing to be afraid of” Danny looked over at her, “Lindsay everything is going to be fine, if you look at the positive things in your life and try and not think about the situation all the worries will go away” Lindsay smiled at Danny and said, “Yeah, what are the good things in my life? Well I’m getting married soon to the guy I’ve always loved, I’m going to have a baby, and I’m living my life long dream” “You always loved me even though when I first met you, you were the center of my jokes” “Ha Ha very funny, but yeah I did” By that time they have arrived at the adoption agency and Lindsay then got out of the car and went inside.
Lindsay checked her watch, it was 9:00 exactly, and there stood Ava Brandt. “Hello Lindsay, I’m Ava Brandt” Lindsay stuck her hand out to shake Ava’s hand, “It’s so nice to meet you” Ava started to walk over to a group of little kids, she picked up a little two year old, “Is this the one you want to adopt?” Lindsay asked trying to be as supportive as she could, “Yes this is the little girl I want, and her name is Alicia” Lindsay smiled, “That is such a beautiful name” Lindsay went over to a worker, “Excuse me but where do we adopt a child?” the woman pointed to another lady working at a desk, “Thank you” then Lindsay and Ava walked over to the lady, “Excuse me but, I would like to adopt this little girl” The lady looked at her then said, “Name.” Ava looked at Lindsay and Lindsay nodded her head, “Ava Brandt” the lady typed it into the computer and hit enter. “Excuse me but you can’t adopt her ‘cause it says here that you have a criminal history for” Lindsay cut her off, “That’s why I’m here, to let you know that she has my permission to adopt a child” The lady stood up, “and who are you?” Lindsay showed the woman her badge and said, “Detective Monroe, nice to meet you” The lady sat back down and said, “Sorry for the inconvenience let me get the form, and detective Monroe, you’re going to have to sign as the back up guardian to make this adoption legal” Lindsay nodded, “Of course” Lindsay watched Ava fill out the paperwork non-stop. When Ava was done she had the lady look over it and then signed it neatly. Ava handed Lindsay the pen, Lindsay stood there for awhile thinking about how she was helping a criminal but if she signed this then maybe then she won’t do any more horrible things. After Lindsay thought it all through she signed the paperwork. When she was done she looked over at Ava, and said, “She’s all yours, you can be able to tell all your friends that you are a mother, and trust me, being a mother it’s going to be wonderful” Lindsay thought about what she just said to Ava because she hasn’t been a mother really at all she’s only been pregnant for 4 months. Later on in the day Lindsay left work to go to the doctor’s office. When she got there the doctor was waiting for her since she was running a bit late. Lindsay got done with her appointment just in time because right when she got back Danny just turned her around and made her walk right back onto the elevator. “Danny where are we going?" Danny looked over at her and said, "close your eyes" Lindsay closed her eyes as Danny put a blindfold on her.
"Danny why do I have to wear this blindfold?" Danny laughed, "cause I don't want you to peek" Lindsay sighed, "Oh I see It's a surprise. where are we going this time the movies, a nice restaurant, or to the park?" Danny just stood there and said, "You'll never guess"
they had been driving around the whole day. The car finally stopped Lindsay couldn't wait until he took the blindfold off. Danny helped Lindsay out of the car and when Danny took off the blindfold Lindsay was speechless.
They were in Central Park with chairs every and Stella came up to them and said,"Surprise" Lindsay finally got her voice back,"What's going on here?"
Stella smiled, "You're the CSI you tell me what's going on here" Lindsay thought for a moment."Oh my gosh. Are you trying to tell me that I am here because I'm getting married?" Danny said, "Yes you are are you surprised that I pulled it off?" Lindsay was speechless, "C'mon Lindsay let's go get you ready" Stella said while showing Lindsay to the tent where she was supposed to dressed.
The music started playing, everyone turned and looked back to see Lindsay in a beautiful wedding gown and her father beside her walking down the aisle. Danny was astonished by the way Lindsay looked. They said their "I do's" and had their reception then they got into the car and Lindsay said, "Danny at the doctor's appointment they said they knew if it was a boy or girl and guess what? we are going to have a baby boy"
5 months later..
Danny and Lindsay had been working a case nonstop for about 18 hours and Lindsay was extremely tired, By now It was about 11:30 at night. Lindsay was testing an unknown substance and was getting nowhere. "Danny!" Lindsay screamed, "Lindsay why are you getting so worked up about one piece of evidence, we have other evidence to catch the bastard" Lindsay looked at him, "Danny it's not that!" Lindsay was getting madder at him by the second, "Then what is it Lindsay?" Lindsay yelled, "Danny I'm Nine months pregnant, My due date was yesterday, What do you think is wrong?"...
a week later
Danny and Lindsay were at their house laying down with their new baby boy in between them, "Danny, are you really happy that we are married and have a baby?" Danny sat up, "Lindsay Of course I am happy with you and little Matt why wouldn't I?" "I don't know maybe it's just because every thing is happening so fast" Danny grabbed her closer, "Even if everything is going ten times faster than we want I will always be happy with my family"
Later at the lab Danny was working on a piece of evidence when Lindsay got off the elevator and was overcome by how many people were rushing over to see the baby. "Okay, Okay I know everyone wants to see the baby but you are going to have to wait, Okay?" Then Lindsay pushed the stroller over to Danny, who wanted to see his baby boy really bad, "How's the case going?" Danny looked up at Lindsay and baby Matt, "Not good, but how's my favorite little guy doing?" "He's doing great" "Has Mac, Stella, Flack, Angell,and Hawkes seen him yet?" "No not yet. But that's what I was going to do after I saw you" Danny looked at her, "Lindsay, go and show everyone our baby then come and see me so you can tell me what they said about Matt"

a week later
Danny and Lindsay were at their house laying down with their new baby boy in between them, "Danny, are you really happy that we are married and have a baby?" Danny sat up, "Lindsay Of course I am happy with you and little Matt why wouldn't I?" "I don't know maybe it's just because every thing is happening so fast" Danny grabbed her closer, "Even if everything is going ten times faster than we want I will always be happy with my family"
Later at the lab Danny was working on a piece of evidence when Lindsay got off the elevator and was overcome by how many people were rushing over to see the baby. "Okay, Okay I know everyone wants to see the baby but you are going to have to wait, Okay?" Then Lindsay pushed the stroller over to Danny, who wanted to see his baby boy really bad, "How's the case going?" Danny looked up at Lindsay and baby Matt, "Not good, but how's my favorite little guy doing?" "He's doing great" "Has Mac, Stella, Flack, Angell,and Hawkes seen him yet?" "No not yet. But that's what I was going to do after I saw you" Danny looked at her, "Lindsay, go and show everyone our baby then come and see me so you can tell me what they said about Matt"

I have great news! Here In the United States we are two epis away from the season finale and I can tell that danny and Lindsay are probably going to work things out so I am going to add more to Dreams Turn Into Reality pt3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
