What’s a Spoiler? What Isn’t?
If it’s in the episode preview, or a commercial, or the summary of an episode in TV Guide, it’s not a spoiler. If you heard something that you think it might be a spoiler (but you’re not sure), it might as well be, so keep it here. Any advance information that filters out through unofficial channels before an episode airs is a spoiler, so stick to that as a rule of thumb.

401: Can You Hear Me Now? September 26, 2007

New character! A female lab rat, (name = Kendall?) and perchance a love interest for Adam. All the CSIs work on one case together... rumors say that it starts with the Statue of Liberty? The case is supposed to be related to another one that Stella couldn't solve months ago. Mac arrives back from London without Peyton and seems very distracted. The CSIs start the season with blood found on the Statue Of Liberty, and a race against time to find the killer before its too late. Danny and Lindsay are actually "dating", this becomes more evident when Lindsay places a bottle of spray-on condoms in Danny's pocket as he chuckles.
402: The Deep October 3, 2007

A plot will deal with the death of two diving instructors. Messer and Hawkes go diving and have a problem, possible malfunction with one of the tanks.
403: You Only Die Once October 10, 2007

Robbers in expensive vehicles steal from the extremely wealthy, and one of the robbers is murdered.
Episode Five

“Nina [Tassler, the CBS executive has been talking about this for a while… [Episode five] is basically a
forensic investigation into Second Life, an online social network, a metaverse where you go on, you create an avatar and cruise different worlds. Part of our investigation is going in there. Mac Taylor has to create an avatar and go and hunt down a killer who is using somebody's avatar to commit a murder. It's a little bit of a CSI: New York sci-fi internet pursuit with a big action sequence at the end of the episode. It's fun; it actually has a big moment for Mac and Adam because Adam sort of becomes this big expert in the world of Second Life. He's done it before, so he sort of guides Mac into the how or the where of it all. I think it's going to be a fun episode. It's very different,” he revealed.
Episode Six
As for episode six, Lenkov reveals that it is going to be a horror plot involving a zombie story and a murder that takes place in Amityville.
Danny and Lindsay go out of town to investigate a spooky murder while Mac and Stella stay behind to deal with a zombie.
According to CSI Files sources, "Boo" begins with two grave diggers shoveling dirt into a grave. The older man tells his young counterpart the meaning of the phrase "saved by the bell," explaining that it was a means to ensure that someone who had been buried was actually dead. If they were alive, the bell that had been attached to their hand by a string would ring, letting the people working the graveyard shift know to dig them back up.
The younger man freaks out when he hears the distinct sound of a bell ringing, but he isn't amused when the older man starts to laugh and pulls a bell out of his pocket. Suddenly, a hand erupts from the grave they are filling in, grabbing the older man's ankle and causing him to yell for help. The younger man flees as a zombie pushes his way out of the grave. The same zombie becomes part of a group moving through Times Square. People run away, screaming, as the zombies advance up Broadway.
Meanwhile, Danny drives through Long Island with Lindsay in the passenger seat. They pass a sign proclaiming that they are entering the Village of Amityville. Children in their Halloween costumes are trick-or-treating, but Danny and Lindsay head for the sight of crime scene tape and flashing lights. As they get out of the car and approach the house, Chief Benson walks up to them, clearly upset by what has occurred.
Danny and Lindsay have been called in because the local team is busy with another case. The Duncan family has been murdered--the bodies of the mother, father and two sons are in the house, but the family's daughter is missing. Chief Benson shows them a picture of the Duncan family and points out the missing girl, Reena. He tells them that there is no sign of breaking and entering, and that this is looking like a murder-suicide with the father wielding the gun. He tells them that the media will be all over this case because the house is considered cursed: more than thirty years ago, a man shot himself there, and a few days later his daughter disappeared. Chief Benson dismisses the idea of a curse, saying that there has to be another explanation for Gil Duncan to murder his own family.
As they look through the house, Lindsay hears something. When she follows the sound, she finds a wall leaking blood. Spooked, she calls to Danny and aims his flashlight at the wall when he arrives. She tells him to be quiet, and they hear the sound of a person moaning. Danny retrieves a crowbar and rips at the wall. When they tear the materials away, they find the source of the sound: Reena Duncan, still in her Halloween costume, bleeding from a shotgun wound to her chest. Danny picks her up and rushes to get her some help.
When Reena is taken to the hospital, Danny and Lindsay must go back to processing while they wait for news. As Lindsay works, she hears a noise. Suddenly, an old woman appears, grabbing Lindsay's arm and telling her to leave before the house kills her. Lindsay tries to follow the woman but loses her in a hidden passageway within the home's walls. Meanwhile, Mac and Stella investigate the death of a 'zombie' with a head wound that might literally spell out a clue as to how he died.
Please note that the above plot details have not been confirmed by CBS, Alliance Atlantis or Bruckheimer Films, and until such time you should treat this information as you would any other rumour. The above information comes from early script drafts and the details of the episodes are liable to change before the episodes are shown.
"Boo" is expected to air October 31, 2007.

Stella will play a bad cop, two episodes in a row. Mac is also supposed to get rough with a suspect.
Sinclair's has a scandal around an email leak, and he is sure Mac is involved.

Ausiello on CSI: NY
Question: You said you had "some good news for Danny/Lindsay-shippers." Spill, please!— Rian
Ausiello: Wow, I can't get anything past you guys. According to
CSI: NY exec producer Pam Veasey, they will start off the season very much an item. "They are together and their relationship is happy and interesting," she tells me. "And, at some point, which we haven't decided yet, there will be a bump in the road — like any relationship." Veasey adds that unlike a certain high-profile romance on another
CSI show, Danny and Lindsay won't be going out of their way to keep their romance a secret from their coworkers. "We're not going to make a big deal about whether people know or don't know," she says. "They played that very well on
CSI [with Sara and Grissom]. It's more about seeing that they have this mutual respect. They'll have moments that they share, things that the audience shares with them, but mostly they'll continue to do their jobs and enjoy working together. And then, ultimately, we'll find a little skip in there somewhere."
I think this is a spoiler I found the artical in an e-mail that was sent to me from buddy tv if I am wrong about any thing let me know.

Season 5!!!
Episode 1- Veritas

It's a continuation from the season 4 finale. So the bank robbery/hostage situation is being continued.
The team are investigating the death of a woman named Lauren Santana, in a case that seems to be linked to the bank robbery. She was a friend of Don Flack's sister Samantha, and had borrowed Sam's car before she died. For those Flack fans who want to know... it would appear that Mommy Flack is indeed alive (not that we get to meet her, but Mom and Dad Flack are both mentioned).
Samantha is a 20-ish year old "stunning young woman".
Episode 2- Page Turner

It appears to be a one-case episode.
The team ends up dealing with multiple deaths
It also looks like Sid will be in danger :(
There's a guy who does graffiti as 'art', and his current canvas of choice is beautiful women. One of the women ends up dead (they show the guy a crime scene photo, so I assume she's dead and not just sick). Danny and Stella go into the guy's studio with CDC techs, and they take geiger counters with them--so I'm assuming that the woman had radiation poisoning or something? I'm sorry that I don't make much sense, but I'm making assumptions with some of this.
Adam is mentioned as well--he used a special database to identify the artist by his style of graffiti.
Episode 3- Turbulence
Apparently, Mac was on a flight to Washington to testify, but a United States Air Marshall was murdered on his plane, and changed his plans. The vics gun and ID are missing and he wasn't listed on the manifest.
Stella goes to the batting cages.
Adam is in this episode.
(We also know from Ausiello that Michaela McManus will be in this one as well, as a flight attendant)
Episode 4- Sex,Lies and Silicone

It looks like a one-case episode. Off the top of my head, I recall scenes with Mac/Danny/Flack, Danny/Flack, Flack/Stella/Lindsay, Flack/Lindsay and Danny/Hawkes (there may be more, but those are the ones I remember).
Sinclair is back.
The victim is Elaine Steele, and she's found dead at this street carnival...thing. I think her face is all messed up.
Flack gets to do a take-down (Danny is also in attendance).
The case involves, uh, dolls of the Real Doll variety. This will make for some very interesting scenes, particularly with Stella, Flack and Lindsay. They go to the place that sells the dolls, and you know Flack--the man is all snark, all the time. :P Later on, it's Lindsay's turn to make the joke, and even I might be amused at that part (shocking, I know *wink*).
Sheldon gets a visit from a guy named Greg that he was friends with back in college. At first, it just seems like Greg wants to hang out with his old buddy--but then the truth comes out. Greg wants Sheldon to tamper with the evidence in the Elaine Steele case. *eep!*
No sign of Adam, but I can easily deal with that since we're getting some major stuff for Sheldon. :D
Episode 5- Enough
Angell is there!
I see Adam's name as well.
It appears that three drug dealers have been gunned down in separate places before they are set to stand trial.
