Episode recap: When a bartender is shot in cold blood after a robbery, the CSIs are shocked when the prime suspect is Sheldon Hawkes. To make matters worse, Captain Stanton Gerrard removed them from the case. Meanwhile, Danny and Stella investigate what seems to be an overdose, but they realize their routine case may be connected to escaped serial killer Shane Casey (episode 304 Hung Out To Dry).
