Episode recap: When a anonymous caller tells Mac there is a body buried at Giant's Stadium, evidence found at the scene points to one of the CSIs. The team tries to crack the case to prove their investigator is innocent. Across town, Stella and Danny find a banker stabbed to death in his luxurious hotel suite...

Turning point in the investigation:
The team find a cigarette filter with Danny's DNA on it in Giants Stadium (where the body was found). After smoking a few cigarettes at numerous stages and meeting with Danny's brother Louie, Mac comes to the conclusion that Danny only smoked it halfway, and Louie picked it up to smoke the rest himself later, dropping it in the grave at the stadium.
